DQ&A is led by a diverse and highly respected team of online marketing experts and innovators.

Heleen Dura-van Oord

Founder

Heleen Dura-van Oord founded DQ&A in 2001 in the Netherlands.
She is also a co-founder and partner of the investment company Peak Capital and of Entrepreneurs Online, the Leading Online Entrepreneur Awards, and Online Tuesday, the leading event for the online industry of the Netherlands.
Heleen is a founder of the NGO KidsRights. She also serves in the advisory board of the International Advertising Bureau (IAB), is an active member of IPAN, and serves on the jury of the Accenture Innovation Awards.

Rick van Boekel

Chief Executive Officer

Rick van Boekel (also a co-owner) is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing strategies of DQ&A and its subsidiaries.
Rick is the main decision and policy maker in DQ&A, setting the pitch for the company’s corporate character.
Prior to joining DQ&A, Rick was the CEO of Lead Generation Ventures at European Directories, where he is responsible for implementing new online lead generation methods within the core operating companies in Europe.
Rick has proven top level execution skills and driven shareholder value during his career, founding successful
companies like Bol.com and leading organizations in an international level.

Marco Dohmen

Chief Commercial Officer

Marco oversees business development at DQ&A. He is also responsible for sales performance of DQ&A’s products and services worldwide.
Prior to joining DQ&A, he worked for seven years in the product development and sales department of Lycos Europe. There, he served as director of sales and marketing in the field of B2B market research and in the development of new advertising formats.  

Andries de Jonge

Innovation and Information Officer

Andries began his career at DQ&A as Chief Operations Officer, responsible for DQ&A’s worldwide operations, service delivery and service quality.
Today, he focuses full-time on the continual innovation that is the key to our success and that of our clients.
Prior to joining DQ&A, Andries was a specialist in ad management migration, serving at companies such as Atface, which is now part of Reddion, and other leaders in digital media.

DQ&A Brazil - Gabriel Camargo

Gabriel Camargo strengthens DQ&A’s position in Latin America as Managing Director of DQ&A Brazil and is responsible for the continuity, quality and customer orientation of our services in that region.

Prior to joining DQ&A, Gabriel served as product manager at CLM Software Ltda, eventually becoming director of marketing and products and then interim CFO.

DQ&A Germany - Torsten Ostmeier

Torsten Ostmeier leads DQ&A Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). As the sales director of DACH, he is responsible for the formulation and execution of DQ&A’s strategic plan in that region.

He has been active in the interactive advertising business since 2002. He started his career as the key account manager and business development lead at Proximity and then joined Xplain GmbH as director of business development. Before joining DQ&A, he served as the country manager of ADTECH AG Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

DQ&A Sweden - Patrik Brannfors

Patrik Brannfors is responsible for DQ&A’s performance in the Nordic region, bringing extensive experience in marketing and advertising to his role. He began his career at Plaza Magazine in 1998 as key account manager. Since then, he has worked for numerous companies within the online marketing and advertising industry including Flimtidnigen BIO, Golf Digest Magazine, IDG Sweden, Mediaedge:cia, Astoria and DagensPD.se.

DQ&A Spain - Santiago Moran

Santiago Moran joined DQ&A in 2009, when DQ&A acquired Trafficking Solutions in Madrid. As sales director of DQ&A Spain, he is responsible for sales and operations in southern Europe, creating new business opportunities for DQ&A and its clients.
